Went there today, around 12:30. Ordered on Ritual and got my food quick but they forgot the Samosas. My friend had a rather bad experience. Three of us got our food and hers wasn’t there. We waited about ten minutes and tried to ask the cashier for help who rudely blew us off, basically saying the back takes care of it. Didn’t ask my friends name. Waited longer. Still nothing, tried to ask another employee yet was ignored. Our friend told us to leave. She then waited almost 30 min before a manager came over and they re-made her food. The other employees were clearly annoyed (not sure why, we were the ones waiting half an hour!). Food was fine just won’t go back due to poor/rude customer service.

I love love love this place. The food is so tasty. I usually get the fire bowl with mushroom in korma sauce. It always hits the spot. The staff is always nice and the place is clean and spacious.

Great food, great service and nice ambiance. If you want to try Indian food, go visit this place. I tried vegetarian dishes and all of them were really good.

one of the best and nice experience for Indian food in Manhattan. beautiful place and nice sitting area for lunch. friendly staff and very neat and clean place so no problem from my side. they have different types of options so you can pick it whatever you want.

Food was good but service staff seemed way too tired and over worked. Portions were larger than expected. Samosa chat was not bad at all. Good concept, good food, not so good operation. Under staffed for sure.
